The Spanish prodigy has impressed everyone around the globe after some distinguishing performances for both his club,Valencia, and his national side,Spain.The winger is a hot prospect in football and many big European clubs such as Arsenal,Liverpool and Barcelona wanted to sign the winger.

The hefty price tag scared away many other suitors who also wanted him.The player himself wanted a move to either Arsenal or Barcelona.With Arsenal wanting to pay Valencia after the transfer of Fabregas,the lack of funds stalled the deal.

Until yesterday,the player's praice tag was 23 million euros but after his clause expired he now costs 60 million.A bid of more than 30 million might do the trick.The time is ticking for the gunners as they would want to strengthen their squad prior to the season's start.
