Chelsea have reportedly launched £18 million bid for their long term target and Anderlecht striker Romelu Lakuka. 18 year old who is known as the "New Drogba" could be on verge of signing for Chelsea. Lakuka who is also been linked with a move to Real Madrid, Arsenal and Liverpool in the past has wished his desire to move to premiere league and as a confirmed Chelsea fan, he would be on his way heading to his dream club.
